Any two individuals may put their names on the pass. Names must be the full first name and the full last name of each Pass Holder. Both the Hang Tag and the Wallet Card must have the same Pass Holder names.
Both Standard and Premium Annual Passes can also be purchased on-site at many Arizona State Parks at the Visitor Center or Gift Shop during regular business hours. |

Arizona State Parks Standard Annual Pass
Day-use Park Pass with the following conditions of use:.
- Standard Annual Pass allows day-use access at all Arizona State Parks for pass holder and up to three additional adults in the same vehicle, with the exception of weekends (Friday-Sunday) and state holidays from April 1st to October 31st at the River Parks (Lake Havasu, Cattail Cove, Buckskin Mountain, and River Island).
- Pass cannot be applied toward other park fees; some programs may be an additional fee.
- Pass is not valid without owner's name on it. Pass holder may be asked to show identification.
- Pass holder shall hang/display the dated “hanging card” from the rearview mirror for entrance. The wallet card is for parks without a controlled vehicular access point only.
- Pass does not allow the use of camping facilities including showers, dump station, or for stowage of water of more than 5 gallons from the park.
- Pass does not guarantee admission to a park that has been closed, restricted, or reached capacity.
- It is illegal to copy or alter this pass.
- Nontransferable, non-replaceable, nonrefundable.
- Pass expires 12 months from date of purchase.

Arizona State Parks Premium Annual Pass

Example of Disabled Veterans Annual Pass. |
Disabled Veterans Annual Pass
Issued to disabled veterans who have a service-connected disability rated as 100% disabling, who is receiving compensation, and who is and has been an Arizona resident for one or more years. A Disabled Veterans Annual Pass expires 2 years from issue date. A Disabled Veterans Annual Pass will grant park entrance to all Arizona State Parks. However, this pass does not include tours of Kartchner Caverns. This pass has its own application. Download application and make a copy of your letter from the Arizona Veteran's Affairs Office stating your diability rating. In addition, you need a copy of your AZ Drivers License or AZ Identification Card. Then Fax completed application, letter from the VA, and copy of your proof of residency to (602) 542-4188, mail or drop off application and letter at our main Phoenix office located at 1300 W. Washington, Phoenix, AZ 85007. If you do not have a letter from the VA, we will have to send your application to them for verification and it may take longer to process. Please call Customer Service Desk at (602) 542-4174 with any questions about the Disabled Veterans Pass. Read the following conditions of use:
- Pass allows pass holder day-use access to all Arizona State Parks. If the park has a per vehicle entrance fee, then the pass admits the pass signee and up to three additional adults accompanying them in a private vehicle. If the park has a per person entrance fee, then the pass admits the pass signee.
- Pass cannot be applied toward other park fees; some programs may be an additional fee.
